This heating options study project was one of three we did for New Plymouth District Council.
The Todd Energy Aquatic Centre (TEAC) is the main aquatic facility in New Plymouth, offering both indoor and outdoor pools for sports and leisure. The study started by assessing the existing heating infrastructure, energy consumption and associated financial and environmental costs. We then identified six possible alternative heating energy options, and then in conjunction with the Client, these were reduced to a short list of four options to be assessed.
